Project Overview

PT Jamkrida Jabar is a Regional Owned Enterprise (BUMD) owned by the Government of West Java Province which was established based on Regional Regulation of West Java Province Number 9 of 2011 concerning West Java Regional Credit Guarantee Companies with the aim of implementing and supporting Regional Government policies in the field of developing Cooperatives, Micro Enterprises , Small and Medium Enterprises (KUMKM) by carrying out Credit Guarantee activities, as well as Management and Consulting assistance.

PT Jamkrida Jabar was established based on Limited Liability Company Deed No. 03 dated October 3, 2012 made before Yuliani Idawati, S.H., Sp.N., Notary domiciled in the city of Bandung and has received approval from the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number AHU-56159.AH.01.01 dated November 1, 2012 .

In the context of implementing Credit Guarantee in the West Java Region, PT Jamkrida Jabar obtained an Operational Permit Number KEP.05/D.05/2013 dated 30 January 2013 from the Financial Services Authority, which at that time had just transferred from Bapepam LK. The company has also received an “idBBB” rating from a rating agency
